Cobblestone Farmers Market

Cobblestone Farmers Market is open for the 2020 season in Old Salem with some tweaks to make it COVID-19 safe. Once on the cobblestones at Third Street and Patterson (across the street from Krankies Coffee), but today the market sets up on Saturdays at Old Salem from 8:30 am – noon. Many adore this all-local, producers-only market that features mostly organic farmers and all are screened for sustainable, healthy and humane practices…

Reynolda House & Historic District

The Reynolda Historic District, set in what is now the Buena Vista neighborhood of Winston-Salem, was once the 1,067-acre estate of tobacco barons Katharine Smith Reynolds and her husband Richard Joshua (R. J.) Reynolds (photo courtesy of Digital Forsyth). The Reynolda Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
