02 Fitness offers a variety of mind-body classes in their serene studio. Whether you are seeking a calmer mind, toned body, or mindfulness, there is a class for you: Gentle Yoga, Barre, Body Balance, Define, Kinstretch, Pilates, Power Yoga, Pilates Yoga, Silver Chair Yoga, or Vinyasa Flow Yoga.

2B Yoga is a program created by yoga teacher and women’s wellness coach Ashley Robinson. She offers an eight-week program that includes yoga classes and wellness tools to help you take a holistic approach to improving your overall health. It is designed for women 35 and up with menopause-related challenges in mind.

Price

This program is $197. She also has a 30-Day Yoga for Beginners program. She guides you through the steps of beginning yoga in the privacy of your own home. That program is $38. On her site is “5 Simple Steps To Starting Yoga,” click there to learn about access to a Free Five Day Yoga Challenge if you want to try the program.

690 Women’s Fitness

690 offers group mind and body classes, including Meditative Flow Yoga, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, Mat Yoga, Stretch, and Reset (stretch and basic yoga). The programs are scheduled on different days and times throughout the week. See their calendar.

Laura Martinez Therapeutic Massage And Yoga

Laura, a certified massage therapist and yoga instructor, offers group Hatha yoga “Flow and Hold” classes at the Robinhood Road YMCA, or she will come to your home to teach you yoga. She also provides yogassage therapy, a combination of yoga and massage at her studio. In these private sessions, she will incorporate yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, mantras, and therapeutic Thai massage (you are fully dressed) to induce overall mind and body relaxation. Synergy offers unique yoga classes for all levels, built on cardio, balance, focus, strength, and calm. They have a 45-minute Vinyasa class and a 60-minute Vinyasa class. Their 60-minute Vin to Yin Yoga is an all-encompassing yoga practice combining the powerful Vinyasa flow with the calmer Yin style. Finally, they offer a Hybrid class, which combines 30 minutes of spin on a cycle followed by 28 minutes of restorative flow.

Wildlight Wellness Collective
