Sample Award-Winning Wines At The Yadkin Valley Grape Festival

Yadkin Valley wineries and vineyards from across the region will be offering wine tastings of their award-winning wines at the Yadkin Valley Grape Festival on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 11am to 5pm in downtown Yadkinville.

Bring the family and spend a lovely fall day sampling the exceptional wines of the Yadkin Valley Appellation while enjoying the festival atmosphere at this free-admission event.
What Will You Find At The Festival?
Live Music will fill the downtown streets with entertainment from bands including 60 Watt Combo and Camel City Yacht Club. The street will be lined with artisans and vendors selling unique crafts and specialty items, and Food Trucks will be on-site, bringing a variety of delectable bites to satisfy any taste.
The wine tasting will begin at 11am. All tasters must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid photo ID to obtain their tasting wristband and wine glass. While the festival is free, wine sampling requires tickets, which are available for $20 for advance tickets and $25 at the gate. A military discount is available to active-duty or retired personnel. Show your military ID at the gate on the day of the festival to receive your ticket for $20.
Advance Wine Tasting Tickets
Wine tasting tickets are available in advance for $20 by visiting the Yadkin Valley Chamber of Commerce office located at 205 S Jackson Street, Yadkinville. Cash, checks, debit, and credit cards are accepted for ticket purchases. You can also print out an order form for tickets and mail it to the Yadkin Valley Grape Festival, along with a check or money order, before October 6. Tickets will be mailed to you. Here is the Wine Tasting Ticket Order Form. Advance Group Wine Tasting tickets are available at a discounted rate (10 tickets must be purchased to receive the discount). The deadline for this is October 3. To pay for the group tickets using PayPal, contact the Chamber of Commerce office at 336-679-2200. Here is the Wine Tasting Advance Group Ticket Order Form.
Tickets for Wine Tasting are also available online with a debit or credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. There is a $1 fee for this option. Tickets ordered online after October 8 will be available for pick up at the Will-Call tent on the day of the festival. No ticket orders on PayPal will be accepted after October 17 at 12pm. Grapes Of The Yadkin Valley
Muscadine wine is the most well-known wine in our region, as the muscadine grape is native to the Yadkin Valley. However, you will also find cabernet sauvignon, chardonnay, and merlot grapes growing across the valley. Here is a list of the most widely planted grapes:

Getting To The Festival
The Yadkin Valley Grape Festival will be held in the heart of downtown Yadkinville on Main Street. Parking will be available near the festival.
Shuttle Service
If you are staying at a hotel in Jonesville, Yadkinville, or Boonville, the Chamber is providing shuttle service to the Grape Festival. Shuttle service is available at specific times and is complimentary. Contact the Chamber office at 336-679-2200 before noon on October 16 to make arrangements. They will need to know where you are staying and the number of people in your group.
More About The Yadkin Valley Grape Festival
- You are welcome to bring chairs and blankets to the festival
- No pets or coolers are permitted
- Wristbands and wineglasses will NOT be available before 11:00am
- You MUST show positive photo ID at the Ticket Booth to obtain a wine tasting wristband and glass
- There is no refund or exchange on wine tasting tickets
