When we were looking for a new dresser, my first stop was Elizabeth’s in West End. They have great antique pieces, but they also carry refinished furniture that bring a truly unique look to your home. The Rescue Mission has home and office furniture, mattresses, box springs, appliances, and household items. They also carry clothing, home decor, and more. They take donations of the same items at their dock located at 715 N Cherry Street, Winston Salem, NC. They will also pick up items. For veterans, every Tuesday is 20% off; for seniors, every Thursday is 20% off; and for teachers and college students, every Saturday is 20% off.
