02 Fitness offers a variety of mind-body classes in their serene studio. Whether you are seeking a calmer mind, toned body, or mindfulness, there is a class for you: Gentle Yoga, Barre, Body Balance, Define, Kinstretch, Pilates, Power Yoga, Pilates Yoga, Silver Chair Yoga, or Vinyasa Flow Yoga.


Membership is required for unlimited mind-body classes. There is a free three-week trial for new members. Preview studio is now open for info.

2B Yoga

2B Yoga is a program created by yoga teacher and women’s wellness coach Ashley Robinson. She offers an eight-week program that includes yoga classes and wellness tools to help you take a holistic approach to improving your overall health. It is designed for women 35 and up with menopause-related challenges in mind.


This program is $197. She also has a 30-Day Yoga for Beginners program. She guides you through the steps of beginning yoga in the privacy of your own home. That program is $38. On her site is “5 Simple Steps To Starting Yoga,” click there to learn about access to a Free Five Day Yoga Challenge if you want to try the program.

2B Yoga Website

690 Women’s Fitness

690 offers group mind and body classes, including Meditative Flow Yoga, Tai Chi, Chair Yoga, Mat Yoga, Stretch, and Reset (stretch and basic yoga). The programs are scheduled on different days and times throughout the week. See their calendar.


You can purchase a monthly membership, a seven-day or ten-day pass. Or you can pay as you go, $7 per visit. A free seven-day pass is available for new interested people on their website.

Aware Hot Yoga

Aware classes focus on movement and breath, presence and circulation, and not on becoming but on being. Classes include Hot Pilates, Hot Vinyasa, Hot 26, and Hot Power Vinyasa. Aware owner Nikki Kourpias is there to help yogis of all levels achieve focus, healing, and strength.


Drop-in price is $20/class. Get your first class for $10 if you are new. Monthly unlimited classes are $119. Annual memberships are also available.

Laura Martinez Therapeutic Massage And Yoga

Laura, a certified massage therapist and yoga instructor, offers group Hatha yoga “Flow and Hold” classes at the Robinhood Road YMCA, or she will come to your home to teach you yoga. She also provides yogassage therapy, a combination of yoga and massage at her studio. In these private sessions, she will incorporate yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, mantras, and therapeutic Thai massage (you are fully dressed) to induce overall mind and body relaxation. They are specifically designed for each person.

Lotus Yoga

Lotus Yoga provides many yoga sessions, including Vinyasa, Kundalini Yoga, Chandra Vinyasa, Surya Vanyasa, 8 limbs Ashtanga primary series, prenatal yoga, Raja Yoga, and Meditation for depression, anxiety and happiness. PAZ Studios

PAZ offers a variety of classes for all levels and all body types. They have group classes or private classes. Their classes are posture-based, but you can also experience breathing and meditation. Classes offered include All Levels Power Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa (Heated), Exhale Flow, Salutation Flow, Gentle Flow, and Weekend Reset.


A new yoga student pass is three classes for $20. Yoga drop-in price is $18. A ten-class pass is $150.

Robinhood Road Family YMCA

The YMCA has several yoga classes available for all levels. They include Yogalates, a combination of yoga and pilates, Hatha Yoga, and Gentle Restorative Yoga, a class to stretch and relax muscles. Robinhood Road YMCA also has Hot Flow Vinyasa and Hot Flow Power Yoga available in their new Hot Yoga room.

Synergy offers unique yoga classes for all levels, built on cardio, balance, focus, strength, and calm. They have a 45-minute Vinyasa class and a 60-minute Vinyasa class. Their 60-minute Vin to Yin Yoga is an all-encompassing yoga practice combining the powerful Vinyasa flow with the calmer Yin style. Finally, they offer a Hybrid class, which combines 30 minutes of spin on a cycle followed by 28 minutes of restorative flow.


They have monthly memberships for $155 ($145 if you opt to auto-renew) or a drop-in price of $20. New clients can get a two-week unlimited intro for $30.

The Breathing Room

The Breathing Room offers yoga classes designed to help you reach your highest potential. They include Chair Yoga – simple, supported movements from a chair strengthen muscles and increase flexibility; Empower – focuses on strength building; Energize – will leave you feeling energized and balanced; Kundalini – the Yoga of Awareness; and Peace – achieve peace with yourself and the world around you.

They also offer the classes, Renew – focuses on renewal and deep inner healing, Restore – unwind, relax and nurture your body and mind; Steady – a grounding yoga class that focuses on the Hatha style of practice; and Strength – incorporates the physical and mental benefits of yoga and pilates.

Wildlight Wellness Collective

Wildlight offers a series of unique yoga classes for all levels. I Am Beginning – a slower pace and guided instruction for those new to yoga or those preferring a slightly gentler class; I Am Restored – suitable for all levels, a gentle, mindful class focusing on being relaxed and restored.

Incorporating Breathing

I Am Yin – Not a vigorous practice of movement, it incorporates breath work into the poses holding postures; I Am Aligned – a Vinyasa flow class that mindfully integrates movement with breath; Wild Slow – feel the heat of purposeful, mindful movements; and I Am Empowered – synchronize movements with breath, building heat, strength, and concentration, set to dynamic music.

Plus Cardio

Other available classes include I Am Lit – merges HIIT and yoga adding the use of body weight with cardio to challenge your body and mind; HIIT Burn – high-intensity yoga practice that incorporates interval training and cardio movement into traditional yoga sequences, and Barre – a heart-pumping workout technique inspired by yoga, ballet, and pilates.

I Am Sacred – slow vinyasa class incorporates the sacredness of yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom with movement; I Am Balanced – blends Flow and Restore into one class; Sound – a multi sensory yoga experience emphasizing music, sound, and movement; and I Am Energized – synchronized breathing with each movement to produce flowing patterns of motion and energy.

Wildlight also offers meditation classes, I Am Aware, and I Am Breathing. Exploring stages of meditation, and breathing and meditative techniques.
