Best Western Plus University Inn

Best Western Plus has a newly renovated ballroom with black, grey, and gold patterned carpet, neutral walls with wooden panels, and lights behind them that can change to any color. The ballroom can seat 200 comfortably in banquet seating. The hotel is in a great location and has a restaurant, full-service bar, state-of-the-art AV equipment, and experienced event coordinators to help make your event successful.

Enterprise Conference And Banquet Center

Enterprise Conference and Banquet Center is one of Winston-Salem’s premier hospitality venues. It can accommodate up to 225 people seated at round tables. An acre of outdoor garden space with a gazebo and wooden park benches will add ambiance to any wedding. The Enterprise Center has award-winning chefs who can provide menu specialties in any cuisine or style of cooking. Menu options are available. The center also has a professional staff that assures you of a successful event.

Forsyth Country Club

Forsyth Country Club’s Ballroom offers the perfect setting for your wedding. Two large bay windows are on each side of the room, and two fireplaces greet guests as they enter. The Ballroom opens onto the Terrace, which overlooks the golf course’s greens. The Ballroom can seat up to 350 people. An extensive banquet menu is available, or a menu may be custom-designed to meet individual tastes and themes.

Legacy Stables & Events

Legacy Stables’ 30-acre family estate features gorgeous gardens, magnificent views, and romantic settings indoors and out. They offer three beautifully decorated venues, each with unique characteristics, and they can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 1000 guests. Legacy offers a la carte and inclusive packages and can take care of as much or as little as you would like when it comes to planning and preparing for your wedding ceremony and reception. Masonic Center Of Winston-Salem

The Masonic Center offers a modern event venue for your wedding. Its 4th and Trade Room can accommodate 150 guests, and its Wachovia Room has 80 guests. They provide tables, chairs, linens, including setup and breakdown, plates, flatware, glassware, and barware. They have an open vendor policy so that you can find your own caterer. They do have preferred vendors. There is a commercial kitchen, AV equipment, and on-site parking. The center features a bridal suite and a groom’s dressing room.

Old Homeplace Vineyard

The Barn at Old Homeplace Vineyard is rustic charm with the perfect balance of elegance. It has central heating and air conditioning and can accommodate up to 200 guests. There is a bridal suite, groom’s lodge, and beautiful outdoor ceremony sites overlooking the lake. The Barn has a caterer’s prep kitchen, a built-in beverage area, and an on-site coordinator and decorating team.

The Barn At Reynolda Village

The Barn at Reynolda features historic charm, a crisp white interior, and elegant lighting. Booking the venue also includes access to Reynolda Gardens and the exterior grounds of the Reynolda House for professional photography for your day. The Barn includes a professional catering kitchen and two private dressing rooms. The venue accommodates 130 guests and provides tables, chairs, and a vintage wood bar. They do not include the linens or decorations. You must use caterers from their approved catering list and have a wedding coordinator.

The Crest

The Crest is a Victorian-style venue in the heart of Winston-Salem, where sophistication meets charm. They have several spaces available, from small intimate areas to the new large 3,000 square-foot Carriage House being completed in 2024. They have a prep kitchen for caterers, fully equipped bridal and groomsman suites, and private gardens. They supply the tables and chairs for both the ceremony and reception.

The Graylyn Estate

Graylyn is a historic estate with spectacular gardens, the perfect backdrop for a beautiful wedding. The grand event spaces in the Manor House and the chef-crafted cuisine will awe your guests. The Graylyn Estate features amenities such as indoor and outdoor seating (accommodating 150 people at each), custom catering, dedicated event coordinators, complimentary food tastings, room blocks for out-of-town guests, access to premier wedding vendors, dressing spaces for bridal parties, bridal portrait locations, and complimentary self-parking.

The Hawthorne Inn & Conference Center

The Hawthorne Inn is a modern hotel in Winston-Salem that offers indoor and outdoor settings for your ceremony and reception. They offer four different event spaces to choose from, which you can decorate as you wish, and can accommodate up to 320 guests. Their professional staff will assist you with your centerpieces and decor. The Hawthorne Inn offers an in-house caterer, an in-house bar, and plenty of parking. Additional services include Set-up and clean-up, tables, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, barware, wheelchair access, and wireless internet.

The Historic Brookstone Inn

The Historic Brookstone Inn can host ceremonies of up to 200 in their outdoor courtyard. Step down to the lower courtyard for your cocktail hour and then into the Artista Mills room for your reception. The Artista Mills room features exposed brick walls, historic wood columns, chandeliers, and oversized windows that let in natural light. Packages include catering and beverage services, house linens, china, glassware, flatware, wedding suite rental for the night before and after the wedding, and complimentary on-site self-parking.

The Kimpton Cardinal Hotel

The Kimpton Cardinal Hotel can host your wedding from rehearsal dinner to ceremony, reception, after party, and farewell brunch. The architecture in the RJ Reynolds building is richly historic, and the Executive Chef of The Katharine prepares the food. Two ballrooms are available for weddings, The Lexington Ballroom and The Magnolia Ballroom, accommodating 120-130 guests. The Millennium Center

The Millennium Center is a historic multi-level event space that offers multiple venues that accommodate many groups of 96 to 400 guests. You can access the Grand Lobby, Art Gallery, and Maya Bar for pre-reception cocktails. The large Millennium Ballroom has 20 crystal chandeliers, hardwood floors, and brick columns that can be dressed in white fabric for a more elegant setting. The room has three permanent bars and natural light from the tall bay windows. There are dressing rooms for the bridal party as well. The Millennium Center has in-house catering that will provide stellar food and beverage. They offer a complimentary tasting for up to 4 people. Everything from linens to florals to decor is done in-house.

The Millstone Events

The Millstone Event Center, with its historic charm, offers a large indoor ceremony and reception space suitable for up to 150 guests. It has a lit patio area and private bride and groom dressing suites. The interior of the space is decorated with wooden beams, wooden columns, chandeliers, and large windows for natural light. The Millstone will supply tables and chairs and take care of set-up and clean-up. Bar service packages, including bartenders, are available as well. The venue offers lush landscaped lawn areas, and parking is available on-site.

The Warehouse On Ivy

The Warehouse on Ivy calls itself the most unique venue in the Triad area. It has a series of rooms that can accommodate up to 200 guests. They have a variety of reception packages based on the number of guests. They all include using the space for a specific amount of time, tables, chairs, linens, set-up and breakdown, venue director, staff help, and Bluetooth audio system. The Warehouse on Ivy has a list of preferred vendors but also allows for bringing in outside vendors.

Winston-Salem Elks Lodge #449

The Winston-Salem Elks Lodge offers the Atrium, a beautiful room with picturesque views. It has 15-foot ceilings, a wooden dance floor, dimable LED lights, and a balcony overlooking a pond. It can accommodate 200 guests, and they provide the tables, chairs, white tablecloths, bar setup and bartender, onsite event coordinator, use of catering kitchen, and onsite parking.

Winston-Salem Marriott

The W-S Marriott features a grand ballroom, the Hearn Ballroom, with unobstructed views accommodating 200 guests. A certified event planner will help you plan your wedding. The Marriott offers event menus and catering capabilities.

The Rehearsal Dinner

There are many different venue choices to fit all size budgets. A few of them can also host the rehearsal dinner.
