East of Texas sounds like the place for good food and good fun. They claim to serve the Sloppiest Joe in Winston Salem, and their brisket sliders look great. River Birch promotes mountain casual dining, and its cool, relaxing, wooded interior gives one the feeling of a mountain lodge. The food is fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly and excellent. The meals for our large party took a little extra time, but everything came out together, hot and perfectly cooked.
